Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Video Recording Policy

For quality assurance and to assist you in case of any claims, we record the packaging process of every order. Similarly, we request you to record the unboxing process of the received parcel. In the event of a claim, this recorded video can serve as crucial evidence. Please note, we cannot accept any claim without video proof related to the claim.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and include the proof of purchase.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
